All content provided through Islamic REMINDERS, including Quranic verses, hadiths, duas, articles, and multimedia content, is either owned by Islamic REMINDERS or used with permission from copyright holders. The Quran and authentic hadiths are public domain Islamic texts, and we provide translations and recitations from authorized sources.

User Conduct

You agree to use Islamic REMINDERS in a respectful manner consistent with Islamic values. Prohibited activities include:

  • Posting or sharing offensive, inappropriate, or false content
  • Harassing, threatening, or impersonating others
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the app or other users' accounts
  • Uploading viruses or malicious code
  • Using automated systems to access the app without permission

Disclaimer of Warranties

Islamic REMINDERS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in all Islamic content, we recommend consulting qualified scholars for specific religious guidance. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Islamic REMINDERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the app in the past 12 months.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.
